I’d consider swapping the CPU for a more recent model that fits your budget. With $60, you could get a solid mid-range processor and some decent upgrades like RAM or storage.

Use the catalyst version 15.5, restrict tiling to an 8x grid using the catalyst controls. This will achieve strong hair results.

Purchase an affordable air cooler and boost the 8320. Also, consider overclocking it. For better results, go for a Hyper 212 EVO. Your 2700K is running at 4.6 and stays very cold when paired with an MX4.
