Hi, your current setup uses 8GB of RAM. Adding a 16GB module would give you a total of 24GB, which is compatible with your system. You can safely combine the two modules. Just ensure your motherboard supports dual-channel or quad-channel configuration for optimal performance. It won’t cause issues if you go with the 24GB total.

As long as the RAM matches what you already possess, there should be no problems. However, it’s important to verify that speed and timing remain similar to the original configuration.

This package matches the same clock speed and settings, making it compatible. You can upgrade to 24GB by adding to the current kit. https://www.amazon.com/Patriot-1600MHz-D...345&sr=8-3
