MMm beware this one is ECC RAM, usual desktop (non server) RAM is non ECC and both arent compatible ... Not sure what's the one you have, seems non ECC looking at your CPU Z report but not sure ...

Confirmed it should be non-ecc. Still unsure about running into issues with CL16 RAM while using CL22.

Usually you need a stick with higher latency than its capabilities, but not the other way around—timing your RAM to CL22 should work fine.

DDR4 RAM is affordable, purchase a new pair of 2x8GB GSkill, swap out your existing units, which is the easiest option.
