Hello everyone, I have two choices in mind and would appreciate your thoughts. Since the Ryzen 5000 came out, I've been thinking about moving up from my R5 2600. There are a few points I'm still unsure about. I really have two paths: upgrade to a Strix X570-F board (which offers 30 EUR cashback), add more RAM (3600 cl16 or 3200 cl16) and get a 5900X (or wait for it), or opt for a Z490 (Strix Z490-F has 50 EUR cashback) with a 10900KF and the same RAM right now. The first choice might take some time before prices are better or stock improves, since my budget is around 500 EUR for the CPU, 200 EUR for the motherboard, and 150 EUR for RAM. I'm okay with a mid-range CPU but want something reliable. I'm curious—would it make sense to buy the X570-F now and use my 2600 temporarily? Thanks in advance for your input!
