I chose the b660m board since it was more affordable and I didn’t require those additional options at all.

I've completed the assembly and everything looks good, but it behaves oddly when powered on—fans cycle up and down repeatedly before restarting. After a short while, it boots normally. I've updated the BIOS and drivers, yet the issue persists. Since heavy loads haven't caused crashes and no power supply problems are evident, it might be related to another component. Could you provide more details or try different settings?
