It takes about two seconds, but it only occurs when I have my tasks open. When I close most of them, it improves. I haven’t tried fixing it or sharing about it. Thought it’s normal for a CPU with few cores. I should note that stutters happen not just when using Alt+Tab, they also appear during gameplay and lessen after closing tasks.
