Hello, please share your thoughts and suggestions. Is the Aorus B450 Pro motherboard compatible with updating the BIOS? Your current BIOS is F2, and you're using an AMD Ryzen 2600 CPU.

Some people are concerned that updating BIOS could harm the motherboard, so they wonder if others with the same board have done it too.

I thought updating the BIOS could harm the motherboard, so I wondered if others are using the same board and have done the update.

I recently watched a YouTube tutorial about updating BIOS for an AORUS motherboard. You mentioned it’s important unless power cuts out, and the board stops working. Now I’m still unsure if I should update the BIOS or not.

I encountered a Windows loading issue, but it can be resolved by stopping the quick restart during boot. I’m not certain if the problem originates from a specific part or software.

It's often the same for a moment before it resets. I'm not sure if it's a motherboard BIOS issue or something else. Since I haven't encountered this before, I'm wondering what might be causing it.
