It's really not a good choice. The 5700X is significantly more affordable, operates cooler, and consumes less power while maintaining nearly identical performance to the 5800X.

I’d go for 5800X over 5700 since there’s a lot of potential gain still available. X3D works, but I’m back to mining again.
