You can install the latest ISO by visiting the provided link and downloading it. Once downloaded, mount the file in Windows (right-click the ISO) and open it as a CD. Run the associated executable to proceed with the upgrade, which will preserve your personal files—similar to what worked with Windows 7 and 8. Edit: The upgrade notice indicates a system update, but it actually just refreshes the OS when you already have one installed.
