I have a pre-built gaming PC from IBUYPOWER with Windows 10 Home. My old laptop runs Windows 10 Pro with an upgraded license, but I need to activate it without using a product key. The installer won’t work unless I wipe everything, and the USB I made suggested using the installer. What’s the best way to get Windows 10 Pro activated without a key, while keeping my files intact?

You need Windows 10 Pro for certain specialized situations. It’s not practical to use your laptop license because it’s linked to the physical device.

Run the script in an elevated command prompt. Consider upgrading to Professional and use the standard W10 Pro key for unactivation.

Error 50 indicates that online image support isn't available. Upgrade is possible, but the system reports no valid product key or license after a short delay. The file listed is 2020 Desktop 11.06 to 21.04.22.01.mp4.

You might want to use that product key in the settings menu to test it. I haven’t seen this issue before, though upgrading from home edition to Pro recently could have altered how it functions on newer versions or changed the activation process, possibly blocking the upgrade.

As shown in the previous update, the activation of the settings app isn't functioning properly either.

It seems your license ties to a Microsoft account that can't be modified with DISM. You'll need to disconnect your Microsoft account to adjust the edition, or buy a new key linked to your account. I'm not familiar with unlinking Microsoft accounts from Windows 10, as I've only used local accounts before.
