Hi everyone, I'm looking for advice. I have Win 7 HP on my desktop but haven't seen any upgrade alerts for Windows 10. Does anyone else have this issue, and do they know how to fix it? Thanks!

You received alerts on all your systems using Windows 7 or newer, but the upgrade proposal didn’t appear on your Windows 7 machine. It might help checking the Windows Update section for any extra updates that could apply.

Open Start Menu > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Update
It shows "Windows 10 Upgrade Reserved." What could this mean for you?

I also looked up the minimum requirements for Windows 10 on the Microsoft site, and it looks like your PC can handle it without any issues.

I applied the link provided: https://www.dropbox.com/s/0u0au9xgy6ss18...l.zip?dl=0 from the Microsoft community site. It was shared on their forum for Windows 10 upgrade help. I followed option 3 in the command prompt and made sure to run CMD with admin privileges.

Verify Windows Update for KB2952664 after installation. Restart the Compatibility Appraiser automatically or run it manually via an admin command prompt: schtasks.exe /Run /TN "Microsoft\Windows\Application Experience\Microsoft Compatibility Appraiser". It should finish in about ten minutes. After completion, launch the Get Windows 10 app to see the updated compatibility details.
