You can obtain the media creation tool from the Windows site and select the ISO choice during startup, after which a "setup" file should appear in the directory, enabling installation (it helped for me).

I don't think this upgrade is possible. @GoodBytes you're welcome to point that out if I'm mistaken. It seems changing the OS architecture type likely requires a USB drive or disc—probably because a 32-bit system can't run a 64-bit one. You might need to handle it during the BIOS/UEFI setup. Let me know if you have any other questions.
