The gigabyte B650-k features a very basic motherboard with 8 phase VRM. If possible, opt for a better VRM setup. You can also switch to the 7600 model instead of the 7600X, which saves money on the board. When you turn on PBO, the 7600 non-X version performs almost like the 7600X, and you won’t notice much loss in performance. You should use a 6000mhz CL30 RAM package. Ryzen processors benefit from fast and precise timing RAM, particularly if you lack a 3D cache. Consider looking for 6000 CL 30 or 6400 CL32 kits.

Regarding the motherboard, it's acceptable for the Ryzen 7600X. It's not exceptional, but a budget board still works well.
The Eagle model is slightly pricier and features a 12 Phave VRM instead of the 4+4 on the K.

If you're certain you won't upgrade the CPU later, the K model is sufficient. However, an Eagle or AsRock Riptide, or a MSi B650-P would provide better performance. MSi Tomahawk is also a good choice.
The Gigabyte B650M K remains affordable. Just a reminder that most MATX boards won't perform well at this price point.
