I possessed an authentic version of Windows 7 Ultimate, which I installed before the upgrade. Everything has worked perfectly so far, and it provided me with a fresh key. The system is now fully enabled.
I used Windows 7 Ultimate that wasn’t genuine. When I selected the upgrade, it installed itself and provided a completely valid license key. I’d recommend trying to make your key legitimate if you want it to work properly.
