I own an MSI MS1763 laptop with 16GB DDR3 RAM at 1333MHz. After switching to 32GB RAM at 1600MHz, the screen remains dark and the system keeps restarting. Please let me know if you need assistance.

Reinsert the old RAM and check if it works. It might not accept the new RAM or it could be misplaced.

What specs are you running—4x8GB at 1600MHz? Also, does the system need more than that, or is there another configuration? Occasionally it takes several restarts before loading data, which might mean the RAM isn't fully compatible.

Upgraded from 2x8GB at 1333MHz to 2x16GB at 1600MHz. Tested both configurations and consistently got the same result. One of the new sticks performed better a few times. Thanks for the advice so far—I’m hoping someone in the community can assist me with this issue.

The specification indicates compatibility only with 4 and 8GB cards, which might explain the limitation
