CPU model is 5700x3d paired with a phantom spirit cooler MOBO- AB350M-HDV R3.0 BIOS 7.40. RAM is Patriot Viper Steel DDR4 32GB (2x16GB) at 3200MHz. GPU is RTX 4070 with Super PSU. System runs ASUS TUF 750W gold OS and Windows 10. I recently upgraded to a new CPU and GPU, and everything seems stable after a few weeks of gaming. The GPU arrived first, and after updating the BIOS, I continued playing for about two weeks without any problems. Once the cooler was installed, I reset the BIOS back to defaults, re-enabled XMP, and set RAM speed to 3200MHz. Testing in Windows showed no issues during normal use. After a crash in PUBG, I restarted and crashed again within minutes. I tried disabling XMP and extended the stable session to 30-45 minutes at a time before it failed. RAM speed was lowered to 3000MHz without affecting performance. CPU temperatures during Cinebench 2024 MC runs over 20 minutes stayed below 65°C, suggesting no overheating. No crashes have occurred with Cinebench yet. Have you tried any other configurations or settings?
