Hey there! It looks like your mainboard has stopped functioning properly. The system powers off unexpectedly, and the PSU fluctuates on and off. Removing the GPU or other components keeps it stable. When you disconnect the mainboard and short its pins, the power supply works correctly. For your Asus X99 board, it seems to have failed. If you need more ideas, let me know. I checked a replacement for your ASUS X99 Strix i7-6800K with Corsair Vengeance LPX 2600MHz and AMD Ryzen7 3800XX 32GB, but found a similar model from Asus ROG Strix X570-E. Your other parts like the 1080Ti SSDs are fine. Since you mainly use the system for productivity rather than gaming, that might be a better fit. Thanks!

You definitely cant test the system without the graphics card as there's no display output at that point. Have you tested removing memory sticks? As for the replacement build, I would prefer 2 sticks of 3600MHz memory, the board can definitely be cheaper say the TUF board if you need to get money out from somewhere

I understand, but if the GPU isn't working, the system keeps running but only stays active for a few seconds. RAM was also taken out. No output. It seems like it should boot twice as fast—like 2x16GB instead of 4x8GB. I didn’t see the TUF board, so I’ll check that. Thanks. Budget isn’t fixed yet, so we’re open to options. Appreciate it. Are you sure you require a X570 motherboard? Will you make the most of its features? If not, I’d opt for a X470 board. The RAM is adequate, and overclocking isn’t an issue, but I’d prefer a 3600Mhz setup. Otherwise, this build will be quite demanding—perfect for a challenge!

For a 32GB system you'll require two 16GB modules to enable overclocking, keeping the number of drives lower is often more effective. A higher count might seem appealing but is ultimately personal.

Keep the memory slots reserved for later improvements.

The CPU requires a X570 to fully utilize all capabilities, which I agree with. My primary storage is a NVME 2TB, and having a direct connection is a big plus. I’ll also consider the X470 option. Thanks!

The CPU isn't dependent on the X570. It's sufficient if you have a PCI-E 4.0 SSD.

I see now, I got confused earlier. I wasn't certain about that feature and assumed it was important for NVMe drives. I'm considering going with an X470 to boost performance. It seems the X470 offers solid power too, with a monolithic cooling system. Let me know!
