Maybe consider a b560 board for ram Overclocking. There is a decent performance difference between 2666 (highest possible ram speed on b460) and 3200MHZ RAM (around 10 - 20%)

The top speeds are 2933 MHz for i7 and i9, while i5 and i3 reach 2666 MHz on the B460. At that level, it mainly depends on which RAM performs better.
