You might want to test this and see if it confirms your memory is suitable. A search shows your RAM is DDR4 2666 MHz, which seems accurate. Just purchase another 8 GB module of the same type and install it. It should work in dual channel as long as they match.

Thanks for your support. I was expecting more than just installing the stick, and you both confirmed it’s about getting the correct one. DDR4 2666 MHz is accurate. I upgraded to an HMA81GS6CJR8N-VK, which matches the part number of the one I have, likely from SK Hynix. I only found a used version and am expecting it soon. What risk do you think I’m putting myself in?
