Hello, I'm seeking a RAM upgrade and would appreciate your advice. Currently, I'm using a Ryzen 1600 (3.8GHz OC) on a Strix B350-F. I'm planning to switch from my 2x4GB 2400 kit to a faster, larger capacity option. While browsing, I found a G.Skill Trident Z Neo 16GB kit (model G.SKILL F4-3000C16D-16GTZN). Does this fit with my existing setup? I've heard my platform is quite particular about RAM, so your thoughts would be valuable before making the change. Thanks ahead!

The absence from the list doesn't guarantee your chosen RAM won't function. The list reflects RAM that the manufacturer tested with your specific board, giving you more assurance. If you're upgrading, opting for a 3200 MHz speed is advisable. Ryzen generally prefers quicker memory, and the price difference between 3000 and 3200 Trident Z Neo was about $5 on PCpartpicker, so you won't gain much by choosing the slower option.
