Another 8GB stick would be better, preventing speed loss after the first 8GB. Using a 4GB stick doesn’t matter as long as both sticks run at the slower one’s speed. It seems there isn’t a 2300MHz kit—probably around 2133MHz.

I think it might be around 2133 or possibly 2666. I can look into it later. My main concern is the RAM speed, but I just need a bit more to open four Chrome tabs.
