6700 offers great benefits from hyperthreading, but it won’t be worth it if you can't find it for under $120. Starting around $140 or more unlocks better returns and performance by swapping your old motherboard for a budget-friendly Ryzen CPU and board. B450 boards cost about $75, while a Ryzen 3 3100 is around $100 (or 3300X at $120).
You're using a 7600k which works fine for 1080p30 streaming, but performance drops when background tasks use up CPU resources. Switching to Ryzen would be better unless you find a very good price on the 7600k.
