Hello, I'm exploring an upgrade for my outdated 980 Ti graphics card to a 5070 or 4070 Super Ti. I aim for at least 16 gigabytes of VRAM. I expect to install improved cooling and likely need a larger case. I’m not very familiar with graphics cards, but I know some 50-series models aren’t popular. Which one should I consider?

I specifically want a white model. I play a lot of games and work heavily on level design, so performance matters. My budget is roughly around $800 (excluding taxes), which fits these options. I’d appreciate some guidance on what to choose for my current system. If I manage to get these cards, I noticed the fans lack RGB lighting—can I still get custom RGB fans for them? I’ve seen mixed advice online.

Here are my computer specs:
- Operating System: Windows 10 Home 64-bit
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7900X
- Processor Tech: 79 °C
- RAM: 64 GB Dual-Channel, 2394MHz (40-40-40-77)
- Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. ROG STRIX B650E-F GAMING WIFI (AM5)
- GPU: VX248 (1920x1080 @ 60Hz)
- Memory: 2047 MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 Ti (ASUSTek Computer Inc)
- Storage: 465 GB Western Digital WDC WDBNCE5000PNC (SATA SSD)
- CPU Cooling: 31 °C
- Additional Features: CrossFire, SLI disabled
- Audio: Realtek USB Audio

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
My budget falls within approximately 800$ (tax fees not included), which matches what these generally are.
Where are you from? Which platform do you prefer for buying?
Your specific model isn't listed, so please share the make and model of your case as well, in case there are any restrictions on clearance.
If I manage to get these cards, I see the fans lack RGB options—can I possibly order custom fans with RGB capabilities?
Not unless you're willing to cancel your warranty on a brand new card. The short answer is yes, you can't modify the fans for an ARGB configuration.

Oh no, that's not good. I'm checking the details again.
I believe this is the right product.
The SuperNOVA 750 GT 750 Watt 80 Plus Gold ATX Fully Modular Power Supply seems suitable.
I think I should consider a new case for these graphics cards—preferably pink or white.
I haven't tried it yet, but I wasn't sure if it would work, so I didn't use the PC part picker.
I also looked at the Hyte Y70 model and thought maybe upgrading to better liquid cooling or adding more fans might help with the CPU.
