PC specifications: f2a68hm-s1 motherboard with AMD A6-7480 APU, 4GB DDR3 RAM (single channel), no GPU inserted. Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit. Hello, I’m John Rafael B. Garcia. You can see my computer is really lacking and I need to know which RAM types work and what graphics cards fit. Please help me, I’m looking for affordable options since I don’t have much money for an upgrade.

You might use an A10-7890K APU. Any DDR3 desktop RAM will suffice. You can add any GPU that supports PCIe, as long as it has sufficient power connectors.
