Insert the USB drive, launch the utility, direct it to the device when prompted. Completion achieved—now boot directly from it, erase the storage and proceed with installation. Don’t forget to back up important data beforehand.

Sorry, but the system encountered an issue opening the creation tool. However, you can still proceed with installing Windows 8.1 and updating from there.
