Get the evaluation from the link provided. Install the ISO file instead of the executable. It’s recommended to run VMs using a hypervisor like Hyper-V if you aim for a fully Microsoft setup.

Using Rufus isn't the right method for transferring an ISO to a USB drive and booting from it.
