Typically, B350 motherboards stop supporting older Ryzen chips after a BIOS update. This happens because of memory size restrictions. You might need to re-flash the BIOS. Previously I tried Asus' "EZ-Flash" tool to upgrade the BIOS. Because I won't be able to view the BIOS menu this time, can the motherboard or BIOS update itself? I heard that if the USB is recognized with a BIOS/.cap file, it will detect the update and apply it automatically. Tomorrow I plan to reformat another USB drive and copy the required BIOS/.cap file onto it. The instructions are found in section 2-3 of your BIOS user manual. To rename the BIOS file, use PRB350PS.CAP. Insert the USB drive into any available USB port and restart the computer. If recognized, the EZ flash tool will automatically start and let you update the BIOS again. Success is assured!
Your GPU is connected via PCI Express 2.0 x16 (up to four GPUs). Consider linking it to the top PCIe x16 port for PCIe 3.0. Have you attempted removing the sound card and testing with a single memory stick?
