I wanted one of those top gaming CPUs from them while still being decent for productivity. Yes, I could have picked the 7800X3D or 7900X3D, but I needed something that would last a long time before needing a replacement. I usually upgrade the GPU more often than the CPU because it's so easy to swap one out. Plus, it shows how much I tend to be lazy.
