Hello, yes you can use the same Windows 7 Professional key on another PC after upgrading to Windows 10. Just make sure the hardware matches and the system meets the requirements.

Microsoft would refuse, yet occasionally the same W7 product key functions across multiple computers—even without being cracked. I purchased Windows 7 and successfully applied the same key to two different PCs, which actually worked (keep it secret from Microsoft).

It's uncertain if this will function, but you might be able to remove the Win7 key from the current Windows 10 system and install it on a different machine. I can't promise it will work.
