I just arrived at the store. The technician demonstrated that the system is running well using a B450 board they carry. I own two Asus B450I motherboards and plan to test the other one once I get home.

The alternative board functions well with the CPU and even a more outdated BIOS. This suggests the original motherboard might have been defective. It's confusing to figure out who to contact for assistance with this problem.
