Hi! I understand your concern. Let me help clarify the situation. I purchased a Ryzen 5 5600 CPU, but it doesn’t turn on after installation. The motherboard’s troubleshooting LEDs are flashing, and the white LED lights up each time—this suggests an issue with the VGA according to page 23. With the previous 2600X model, everything works perfectly. Your setup includes an ASUS ROG STRIX B450-I GAMING motherboard, running BIOS version 5003 (updated 2023/02/06). The RAM is Corsair 3600mhz C16 (CMK16GX4M2D3600C16), and you’ve tried reseating the CPU and resetting the CMOS without success. Could this CPU be faulty? Thank you for reaching out!

Have you considered swapping out the graphics card?

They worked well several times. The 2600X functioned smoothly.

It seems there might be an issue with the 5600. Have you considered trying BIOS 4801?

Not yet. Should i try it? Or could it be a problem with the bios?

You might want to check if BIOS 5003 is the problem. Try re-flashing the BIOS to see if it resolves the issue.

I think there might be an issue with the CPU. It seems the GPU isn't being recognized correctly, even though it's installed properly for your 2600X.
