It currently runs an Intel Pentium G630, and I've verified its compatibility with the Intel H61 chipset. For upgrades, there are solid options for both I5 and I7 processors at the link you shared. Regarding Intel Xeon processors, they aren't designed for LGA 1155 sockets—those are meant for older Intel chips like the E3-1230 v2.
