Tomorrow I’ll upgrade my CPU. Before doing that, I should check the TPM settings to make sure they’re compatible so it won’t interfere with anti-cheat features in games. Just changing the CPU model from 5800x to 5800X 3D should work fine.

Which graphics card are you using? Since without a high-end card there won’t be noticeable improvement after an upgrade.

Relies heavily on title files. For simulation names or poorly optimized titles that often strain the CPU, it will offer a noticeable improvement in speed.

It won't reach full speed because of a frame limit. Even with a high-end GPU like the 4090, performance won't exceed what a typical Mid+ CPU can handle. At 4K resolution, the difference in frames per second will be negligible.

However, I'm only using 1440p resolution. In 2042 your GPU will hit a 4ms frame rate while your CPU runs at 8ms.

The frame rate is 60 FPS and the refresh rate is 144 Hz.
