I revisited the old hardware and still face the same problem. The debug indicator freezes at green/yellow "BOOT" with no video display, not even the BIOS screen. Switching the HDMI cable to the BIOS port makes it stop at white "VGA," suggesting the GPU might be non-functional.

It just appeared in the BIOS without any clear reason. I rewired the HDMI a hundred times, but it still doesn’t work after saving and resetting. The original hardware remains. Odd behavior.
