Hello everyone,
I own an I7 2600 non-k and a DH67BL motherboard, and I’m planning to overclock it. I’m aware of the potential issues that might arise from this process, which is fine for me, but I’d like to know if this setup will support overclocking and how to do it properly. I’d appreciate a clear, step-by-step guide. And no, I’m not new to computers, though I’m still getting comfortable with overclocking.

Locked CPU on an Intel board that isn't overclocking. The available settings probably don't include any OC options in the BIOS. Also, you're using a very weak power supply (your comment is clear). In short, overclocking isn't a good choice for your setup.
