Hey there, I understand you're not super tech-savvy, so I'll keep it simple. As we approach Black Friday, you're thinking about upgrading your existing PC and have a RAM question. To sum up: your machine has an Asus H110M-R with just one UDIMM slot, currently holding 8GB DDR4-2133. You're trying to expand it to at least 16GB, but you're unsure if a RAM dimm can handle that. The main worry is the voltage of the stick at 1.2v. Are you unable to purchase it online? If yes, search for CT8G4DFD8213—there are many options available. Make sure the product you buy matches 1.2v.
