Hi All,
I understand that numerous elements influence upgrading components—such as architecture and temperature. I was seeking expert guidance on the most suitable or recent compatible upgrades for the processor, memory, and graphics card. My son is planning to upgrade his 10-year-old laptop, and I have the current BIOS snapshot and hardware specifications. I’m aiming to stay within a budget of $150 to $200. Your advice would be greatly appreciated!

for ram, the maximum is 2x4gb of ddr3 sodimm
for storage, a ssd can serve as the main drive, making everything run faster in the laptop
for cpu, unfortunately upgrades aren't possible
