Download the 10.11 .app file and execute it on any device. If you have an OS X server, you can also simply reimage them.

Sure, just download and save it to a USB drive. Disk maker X works well for this, or you can use the terminal. If it matches El Capitan, you'll need an empty 8GB card. Edited September 20, 2016 by jeremymwilson
