But I really enjoy it! I don’t plan to sell it. I’ll only consider selling it if it’s completely unusable and I can’t make it work. I’m satisfied with it—it fits exactly what I need. It’s ideal for my purposes, and honestly, I don’t mind. I try to keep my thoughts about it light. I found a great price, and I was clear about what I was getting into when I purchased it. If I didn’t want to deal with constant worries about the GPU, I’d have chosen a 13" MacBook Pro instead, but those don’t support dedicated GPUs. A 15-inch model is much better for me because my vision isn’t great, and the resolution and size suit me perfectly. Still, I’m fully aware of its limitations, and I wouldn’t suggest anyone buy this version. By the way, there’s a good reason why a Mac GPU is more valuable than a PC one—using a PC card in a Mac Pro prevents the Apple boot screen and other features, making troubleshooting extremely challenging unless it fully boots and the drivers load. Otherwise, you get a black screen.
