I completed a bootcamp on a MacBook Pro a few years back and set it up with Windows 7 SP1. Later, I upgraded to Windows 10 Pro. I also own a desktop running Windows 10 (not Pro). Can I rearrange the keys so that my desktop has Pro while keeping the MacBook free of Pro?

Consider upgrading your desktop to Pro by using the key from your MacBook. It might not be worth it to switch everything over; just obtain a new Win 10 Pro license. You can find them affordably at this link: http://reddit.com/r/microsoftsoftwareswap

They might not be reliable. Is Reddit a safe source for these keys?

I've been using the same password on both my laptop and desktop for more than two years, so I'm confident it's safe. s5ean has been reliable for a long time, making them a trustworthy choice if you're familiar with them.

Fascinating, my friend constructed a PC with a limited budget of just $400, opting not to invest in Windows and instead keeping it unactivated. I’ll need to let him know about this situation. Thanks!
