I have a Dell Vostro 430 with an i7 870 in it, and I am just wondering if there is a possible way to flash a new bios to the mobo to support overclocking, since the dell bios is very locked down. Any help would be appreciated, as I am looking into learning to overclock. Thanks~

it seems there isn't a compatible BIOS mod available for the Dell Precision T1500/Vostro 430. you might consider using a refurbished motherboard from an older Intel model and overclock it to around 3.5 GHz or lower, ensuring it stays within that limit.
