You're facing an issue with your dynamic public IP and Spectrum network. It seems the router isn't allowing you to modify your MAC address or change your public IP directly. You can only renew or refresh your IPv6 settings. Since your IP is constantly changing, it might be best to contact Spectrum support for further assistance. Trying to reset the router by unplugging it for a short time didn't resolve the problem.
I mentioned it myself, there were no ways to duplicate or modify your MAC address. Plus, what’s the point in changing it?
TWC/Spectrum offers a DHCP lease duration of roughly two days, meaning you must disconnect the device for several days to obtain a fresh IP address. The alternative is to switch the router or alter its MAC address if cloning isn't available.
