Keep it green. I don’t need to clear my computer until I understand the process. All ISO files are on my USB thumb drive, formatted with FAT32. What steps should I follow to securely erase and reinstall?

The installer is straightforward and many tutorials are available online with images. The main actions are launching the installer via USB, going through the on-screen instructions, and deciding at the right moment whether to format the drive or keep everything intact. If you choose the latter, files will be saved in a folder called Windows.old for later access.
