I hoped Linus might suggest a Radeon GPU instead of Nvidia. He wanted to test Linux to enhance support for Jensen, but he didn’t follow through. It would be great if one of them chose a Radeon GPU, though.
This alone could change the game for someone. The simplicity of simply connecting the GPU and nothing more is exactly what AMD offers. There’s no hassle involved. That’s why I stick with an AMD GPU now, or at the very least Intel’s built-in option. Unfortunately, Linus and Luke are really into hardware, and since Nvidia is so popular on Windows, it makes sense they prefer that brand.
