The most recent version of Windows 10 is Build 10240. You can upgrade to this release. To date, Microsoft has released security patches for this build. Build 10240 marks the final version of the Windows 10 preview. On July 29th, Windows 10 was officially launched. Build 10240 will be available in stores and will include new devices.
