The manual explains the steps clearly. Since your motherboard supports USB flashback, you can install it without needing any additional CPU or memory—just power it up directly.

You have various choices; classic approach using a USB drive followed by BIOS, BIOS flash option, or software from Windows. See pages 39-40 of the motherboard’s user guide for details. Attached for your reference.
