So I'm looking to install the new BIOS update because my OBS has been crashing and according to their staff its a microcode issue with ryzen but i can't see any changelog for this update. Does anyone have anything? Im still currently running 5220 on a Asus x470 prime pro with a 3700X.

Without ASUS releasing a change log, we have limited details. Their site lists the Update AM4 combo PI 1.0.0.4 patch B, which is below version 5406. Other BIOS entries mention similar notes, suggesting this is the main information available. For instance, version 5220 references Update AGESA 1.0.0.3ABBA to boost performance, and it removes Gen 4 support for Ryzen 3000 CPUs.

It's frustrating, but it seems the update is working for you. If you need to go back to an older version, you'll likely have to flash it using a USB drive.

I believe that, even though I haven't attempted a downgrade before.
