Hi there, David. I checked my YouTube and discovered this new "Windows 10 Gaming Edition." I wasn't sure what it was about, so I searched online and found a thread on ROG's site. It seems to be a modified version of Windows 10 with a special theme. People are asking if it's original or just a tweaked version of the standard OS. There are claims it might run faster in games compared to the regular version, but I'm not sure. You can manually switch it by changing settings to match the gaming edition. It looks like a potential change rather than a scam, but I'd recommend verifying the source before installing. Let me know if you need more details!

It’s likely you’re downloading something from an unverified source that could contain harmful software. Almost certainly, it will include keyloggers and other malicious code. Unless it’s clearly safe, it’s probably just a user adjusting settings on their own, but the risk makes it not worth the chance.
