I’ll see if I can resolve that. The issue seems to be with the VGA LED lighting up while other parts don’t receive power. If that happens, it might mean a faulty motherboard. If it doesn’t fix the problem, you could consider it a bad GPU. Let me know what you find!
Test the GPU on another platform and see if it works. If you haven’t installed the dgpu yet, try using igpu instead. Change the SATA cable if needed. Otherwise, I don’t have a clear answer. You might want to replace the board, but I’m not sure what to do next.
I switched to a different SATA cable, unplugged the HDD, and reinserted the SSD—still no improvement. I also noticed the mainboard briefly flashes blue on the RGB panels; that might be useful, otherwise thanks for your help.
It seems like you're trying to clarify a situation about a warranty or issue. It looks like you might be asking whether the board is covered under warranty and what else you need to know. Let me help with that.
I received it today and I can return it via Amazon if needed. Thanks again for your help!
I'm really sorry to keep you in this loop again, but I have some new details now. I gathered everything from the case, assembled it on the motherboard tray, and it functioned perfectly without issues. Each time I restarted it, I accessed the BIOS successfully. The only missing parts were my case and the HDDs. Then I tried using an old boot drive, thinking I needed to install drivers for the SSD since it wasn't found during the last Windows setup. It got stuck on the Aorus logo with a loading symbol for about five minutes before I decided to shut it down and restart. After powering it back on, the problem returned—no output from peripherals, VGA light lit up. Any suggestions?
It makes sense, but the HDD has been functioning well for about four years in my previous setup, so I’m unsure why it stopped working now.
