There’s no specific location mentioned, but you can find the parts at a reseller on Amazon. Regarding signal interference, having a FlexHD point blank behind a TV might cause issues.

When purchasing from Amazon, the listing must indicate "Sold by Amazon" to maintain warranty compliance. If not, select one of the authorized distributors or resellers. I favor Baltic Networks and Streakwave, but you can view the complete list here: https://www.ui.com/distributors/. It's best to keep a safe distance between an AP and any metal or wooden objects (except placing it on a wooden shelf for the FlexHD). Metal reflects signals poorly, while wood absorbs them effectively. If possible, position the AP behind a TV rather than having it in an open area.

Let’s assess the chances realistically. The 1st floor APs would likely struggle to reach the basement unless there’s a direct connection or weak point. Since it’s mainly a guest suite with limited use, speeds for streaming are probably adequate. You should be fine if the setup is straightforward.

In this case, you should be okay.

Thanks for your support through all my discussions. I bought everything today—wire and UniFi setup is still pending!
